justice is done

When I saw on CNN that Conrad Murray was found guilty yesterday I gave a thumbs up to
no one in particular  - since I was alone in the room.

But in my mind I thought - why are they putting the f'*ing handcuffs on him.

What's he gonna do - jump up and force prescription drugs on someone?
~~~
When the trial first started I thought why are we going through all of this.
But after watching bits of it here and there I decided that it was good to bring
out how prescription drugs are misused.
So that is a good thing.
~~~

And so was Michael Jackson.

Not too long ago I was listening to his Thriller CD - does it get any better than that? -
and I realized that it was not just his music I liked but that the sound of his voice made
me feel good - kind of reassuring - and I know if I had had the honor of knowing him
I would have been better for it.
~~~
May he have Eternal Peace.
Michael Jackson will live on through the Legacy of his Music.
Wake Up, America is Falling.
$150k/mo. That's the price of owning your own doctor and getting all the good drugs you want.
If Michael paid me $150k/mo... I probably would have had a crash-carte handy. It was stupid of the good doctor NOT to have considered the consequences of allowing his patient to kill himself.
cym - Thanks for your comment.
Are you telling me to wake up because America is falling?
I know very well that America is falling and I have tried my best to get bloggers to unite and do something about it but I have come to the conclusion that all people want to do is bitch about it and join together in backbiting and namecalling - infighting while Rome Burns -so to speak.
Just tell me what to do and I will step forward and save this country.
I'll take a bullet for America - but no torture including waterboarding please.
AM - If I had a father who said on a daily basis that your nose is too big I probably would have gone the route that Michael did.
I was fortunate enough not to have an insensitive prick for a father.
I read that Michael forgave his father - well I haven't forgiven him for what he did to such a beautiful person.
There used to be a kid in our neighborhood that we called "Radar Ears". He, too, got plastic surgery. It wasn't that his ears "looked" funny... he just happened to show up whenever we were organizing a street football/ baseball/ etc. event.
Was it my fault that he got his ears "clipped"? Or was it his fault for thinking that we were making fun of his ears?
btw - We were ALL insensitive pr*cks between the ages of 11 and 16. Who wasn't?
I don't suppose you ever had an older brother...
I'm glad to hear that sue, perhaps we could start by allowing the presidential candidates to have a free and open chance and not blackmailing them and destroying their credibility and wrecking their lives before they even have a chance to run. What are they afraid of?
Ala Herman Cain.
sue hanes said...
Serp - No one is afraid of Herman Cain. There's no way he is going to get the Republican Nomination for Presdent.
This is just something that a bunch of d*psh*p Democrats are stirring up.
It's taking the attention off of the real problems in our country.
~~~

I really like CNN but they are giving this too much coverage.

The other time I got really upset with them recently is when they showed a picture of Michael Jackson's dead body. I mean maybe the jury should see it but not me.
~~~
Furthermore - I have no sympathy for these women who were 'afraid' to come forward before - and now are being paid off by the bad Dems.
~~~

I am a good Dem.

No Ther - It's not about you.

It's about Michael Jackson's father who told him time after time that his nose was too big.

Michael should have had someone for a father that he could look up to and not someone who beat his kids to get them capapulted to fame - and told Michael that his nose was too big.

See what happened to Michael's nose because his father was an insensitive prick.

I'd like to meet Michael Jackson's father face to face - and not have a loaded gun in my hand - but just look him in the eye and say tell me you are sorry that you did that to Michael.

That's all, ther.

Good comment sue, you make a lot of sense, I agree with you on all but the part where you said that "No one is afraid of Herman Cain"

You can bet that Obama is plenty scared of him. As are many on the left who don't want to see a black man challenge the president.

Obama is the one who is responsible for for Cain's problems.

sue hanes said...

CG - I cannot imagine that Barack Obama is in anyway afraid of Herman Cain.

I would not be afraid to run against the likes of Herman Cain.

sue hanes said...

California Girl - How is President
Obama responsible for Cain's
sexual harassment problems?

sue hanes said...

Ther - I have a younger brother.

I did not have much experience with insensitive pricks until later in life.

But I saw what insensitive pricks did to bully others in school.

And it made a deep impression in my heart.

Great training for later life. The only difference between the two is an opportunity.

sue hanes said...

JC - I have yet see the opportunity to do something about it.

I see others given the opportunity but not me.

And now the last two leaves are ready to fall.
