double feature

Remember the old days when you would go to the
movies and see a double feature?  Now I can hardly
sit through one movie - let alone two.

Once in a while I buy the double feature dvd's.

If there is one of them I want but not the other - then
I have to decide how badly I want the one that I want.

Today I watched - or should I say hardly watched at all -
both Starman and Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Two people are in these movies:

Jeff Bridges and Richard Dreyfuss.

I love Starman at times when Jeff Bridges is showing how
he is picking up things from humans as he develops his
personality - like when he sings New York New York.

and I love Charles Martin Smith in Cry Wolf  - which
is so good

What can you say about Richard Dreyfuss?

~the mashed potatoes scene

~and I would have volunteered to go where no man has gone
like he did

~when I watch the last part I always wonder how the aliens can
be so skinny and still live

I've been to Devil's Tower.

It's really cool.

Just like in the movie.

I'm a huge science fiction fan.

funny though how i hardly ever leave my house and yet
i think i would go there
