hook

When I first saw the movie Hook I thought Wow that is too much.

What I was thinking is that it really was too much - too much action
too busy and well just too much.

But some reason I bought Hook and viewed it over the period of a
few years.


There are two things about Hook that stayed with me even though I
haven't watched it for a long time.

~the over the top absolutely beautiful feeling I had when Robin
Williams and his familiy walked into the British apartment where
they were visiting that was decorated for Christmas.  Being an
over the top Christmas decorator myself  - I was bowled over by
the white lite simplicity of it all.  The Magic of Nana sayng no
growing up while you are here

and I still say that is too much - but now I think Wow that is Too Much


~and in the end when Peter/Robin Williams says something like

'Life will be a wonderful adventure just to live it.'


and I always think:
