on making curtains

I used to enjoy making things on my sewing machine - but it took me
so long that I finally gave it away.

I even made a bathrobe.

But what I am really good at is making curtains.

Not drapes - but curtains for the kitchen - the bathroom and kids' rooms.

So when I first saw my bathroom in the new place I immediately spotted
a window far above the shower - and I pondered whether I should put a
curtain there.

As I obsessed about this I thought - Gee - even a bird could not perch on
the tiny braches of the tree so far above the ground - so how could anyone
watch me take a shower - even if they wanted to.  : )

And then it came to me -

and I put up the Curtain.

Hee hee. I share your window concerns. I often wonder in movies how people can be in their homes with open windows especially when murderers are after them. Comon!

I also wonder how people walk into a dark house. Hello? I usually leave a light on and would never walk into a dark house. I guess my life wouldn't be so dramatic, eh?

Cube - I actually just put that curtain up last night and there
is one side where it isn't quite even - but after staring at it for a while I thought:

let 'em watch me take a shower

They will race back home and report about the really ugly Earth women.

And Cube - What stabbing murder is really effective without the awful, shreiking, shocking music in the background?
