The thing I don't like about blogging on Friday night is the
realization that some bloggers have a life and it will be slower
until Monday. : ]
I made a decision tonight : ] and that is that I'm gonna give
myself a break on weekends by not writing on either my
art blog or my classical piano seminar.
Now I know what you all are thinking - come on Sue - we
will miss your really cool posts on both of those subjects.
But frankly folks - I've had so many comments from people
wanting to discuss both of those subjects that I need a break.
But I promise that I'll be back on Monday with not only a
new post from my art blog - but a rousing discussion on -
let's say Bartok.

Ever turn your radio on and hear music that you knew existed but
you just had never connected with it before?
Now I'm certainly not talking about a scary string quartet. : ]
I'm talking about Maragret Whiting.
She was a singer of American popular music - and country music.
Maragret Whiting was born on July 22nd, 1924 and died just last
January.
She was born in Detroit - and died in Englewood, New Jersey.
She was 86 years old.
