Ok.
I put a Christmas Tree up in my bedroom this year. Looked real pretty -
wtih the miniature white lights. So I decided right away that I would
keep it up year round - only not with Christmas stuff on but I would
decorate it seasonally.
This morning - and it is nice here - no wind which is important if you
are going to use spray paint - and that is especially important if you are
going to paint very little styrofoam : ( balls - cause they could blow
all over the yard.
So I bought a can of intense silver glitter spray - cost me $8 - the most
I've ever paid for spary paint. And I spread the little balls out on a drop
cloth along with a bag of crinkled white confetti to represent snow.
I used the whole can of intense glitter on it all - which turned out to be
disappointing. So I get a small can of silver spary paint from my
assortment of spary paint but something's wrong and it doesn't work -
except it dripped some silver paint on some of the balls.
I got out a large can of silver spary paint and proceeded from there.
But as I spray I wonder why the snowballs are looking gold.
Then I realize:
I PUT THE SILVER LID ON THE GOLD SPRAY PAINT.
That's ok.
Ever see gold snow?
I'm going to use what I have and decorate my tree with gold snow.
maybe next year i'll get it right
