Easy Creamed Spinach Casserole
2 boxes frozen chooped spinach, thawed
1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 C. imitation bits (this is good with Real cooked bacon but
since I don't eat meat I leave it out)
1 stick butter, melted (now I would use a little olive oil)
1 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
also some Parmesan cheese for topping

Mix all ingredients in a greased casserole dish;
Sprinkle about 2 T. sh. cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

This can be made ahead of time.
It's Really good.
