Indianapolis

Since the Super Bowl is being held in Indianapolis this year - I wanted
to start my Super Bowl  2012 Coverage by putting my 2 cents worth
in about Indianapolis.

I am a Native Hoosier so I have been to Indianapolis on a number of occasions.

What I like Best about Indianapolis is that it does not Overwhelm me like
some Big Cities - I can drive there without becoming totally confused.  Once I
was there at night and got mixed up coming home so I pulled the car over on the
side of the street - consulted the map and was on my way. 

THIS WAS POSSIBLE  BECAUSE THE STREETS ARE LAID OUT IN A
FAIRLY ORDERLY FASHION.

And David Letterman was born in Indianapolis - on April 12th, 1947.  I have been
a longtime fan of his show - LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN.  I Really
like his Show - and especially the Interview Segment - in which he shows himself to
be Very Good at Interviewing.  David Letterman is Very Smart - folks.

And although I was not Really into his show during 9/11 I read in a couple of different
places that he was Instrumental in the Healing Process in Our Country  - through his
Show.  This did not surprise me - and since then I have noticed his Deep Caring Side
for People and an Uderlying Sensitivity.

And folks - didja ever see him Flip A Pencil And Actually Catch It?  : ]

So - in closing - I would like to say that I Heart Indianapolis - and if David Letterman
was Born There then that's good enough for me.


And I'm happy for the Economical Boost the Super Bowl will give to this Really Great City.
