The House Next Door Has Three Spots On - On The Back Side -
and they have been ON FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.
Now the Problem is - I think the Owner has Moved - so that no one
Knows that THESE LIGHTS ARE ON ALL OF THE TIME.
There is Really nothing I can do about it - but it is kinda freaking me
out - because someone has to pay the electric - bill. Whatever.
BUT IT IS A WASTE OF ENERGY FOLKS.
